    In my heart a lot of feelings I can’t express

    But if you want the truth

    Look at my eye; it can’t lie

    You will find all feelings inside

    Listen to my heart closely; it will tell

    You what I hide

    Hold my hands: they are cold and shivering

    But if you want to hear it in words

    I’m sorry I can’t

    Because I believe that silence sometimes

    Is the best way to express my rampant emotions?

    Some say that men,

    Show as much feeling,

    as found in a worm.

    I can’t help but wonder,

    how true this might be.

    When all that you measure,

    is just what you see.

    But funnier still,

    I think you’ll agree

    Picture this worm with,

    the feelings in me.

    So let us explore,

    and try to make clear

    Why feelings of Love,

    or Pain , we do fear.

    Expressions not seen,

    yet felt deep inside.

    That fill you with joy,

    excitement and pride.
