I talk to the wind

Every time I talk,
I talk to the wind,
My words are all carried away,
The wind does not hear,
The wind cannot hear.
So where is the use of talking?
Where have I been before?
I’ve been here and there,
I’ve been everywhere
All around me,
I’ve seen confusion and disillusion,
You don’t possess me,
Nobody does,
Don’t impress me,
Just upset my mind,
And use up my time,
That is what you do.
From the outside,
Looking inside,
What do I see?
Nothing but disillusion,
Confusion will be my epitaph,
If I make it,
I could sit back and laugh
